      In my case, it was the Site location, and the Job that I was allowed to do for some time

      Cons

      Zero meaningful Strategy as a business from CEO to BU's GM's. Only Focus on short term results which is never the right approach to achieve L/T sustainable valué growth. Completely non sense business decisions made just to please certain Desires from top management to say they do what the Big boss expects you to do. With all this, very difficult to attract the right talent, and when they come fast they go, leaving some of the least capable in the company. Defenitely, not the right place to work, unless you want to see for some time what are the things you should NOT do in a company

      Pros

      Sensient gives plenty of freedom to do the job in hand. Salaries & benefits are good but not the best.

      Cons

      Feels to be Shrinking and not growing by acquisition. leadership style is confused and not cohesive . A very finance orientated business that seems to only focus on the numbers.
