Pros

Good compensation and benefits. Great health insurance. 401k etc.

Cons

Top heavy in management and degrees. Heavy turnover in some departments. Too much work for too few employees. Must be gritty and determined to keep up with pace. Favoritism, hard work not rewarded, while others coast with no repercussions. Workload has increased threefold in the last five years, while staff has decreased, and raises have also decreased. Very limited sick time, but makes up somewhat with good short term disability.

Provide snacks and sodas for employees, wellness rooms to relax in, everyone is very nice and friendly, company picnic in summer, work load is generally easy

Locations in Chicago area aren't on train route
