      Easy to get hired through an employment agency

      When I worked there, I worked 40 hours a week under a temporary salary which was what minimum wage was at the time.

      Pros

      Pay scale was above average. Benefits were good at reasonable costs.

      Cons

      Work weeks were 60-80 hours. Upper management was ruthless, relocating new hires and letting them go in about a year. I had 8 supervisors in a 7 year span. General Managers expected lifetime was about a year. Management lacked honesty from the President up to the CFO & CEO. Spoke with forked tongue.

      It was a great Lerwick ing experience for me. Gave me an insight ino the runnings of a large industry.

      Cons

      I felt as thought the company, or the site in particular, sometimes lacked adequate management and leadership.
