GIC and the Team Supports us every time. Beautiful Culture - For such a Huge Enterprise I was pleasantly surprised with how cooperative people are. Truly astonishing. People respect each other - we have so many people representing so many cultures, different schools of thought however everyone have come together, contributed towards building the world of Sensient. Beautiful! Learning & Development - I have to say this is definitely a work in progress. I have personally seen this being beefed up and the HR alongwith Business Leaders are working towards making this more robust.
