      There are no pros to working at Sensient.

      Cons

      The problem is not the employees being let go that is the problem. It is the management. Sensient needs to learn how to treat employees.

      Salary, clean work environment, benefits, free coffee and soda.

      Cons

      There is a running theme of the "real" reviews of the company. Do not be fooled by the HR mandated reviews that give a positive slant of the company. The company is run like a dictatorship and there is no work/life balance for the employees. They are understaffed at most departments resulting in many temps who do not have the knowledge base to perform their duties. They do not respect their employees and are treated as expendable. This company has the worst work culture I have ever seen.
