Pros

Great communication, fair compensation, strong management team, fast dynamics, this place is not for lazy people! Friendly atmosphere, everyone is helpful and engaged. Management do focus on development of their people, not only on the KPI's.

Cons

No working from home allowed. However this is a very minor minus.

Fruit once a week is nice Receptionist is lovely.

Cons

Toxic environment, complete and utter lack of training, promotions without merit or due process, lack of listening to employees. You do what they say even if you can articulate why that's wrong, then when it goes wrong you are in trouble for following their guidance. Restructure heaven. Great at having key employees suddenly become not employees without a goodbye.
