      Pros

      The work atmosphere and culture are great! Colleagues are nice and skillful, Managements are very supportive, so it creates a very good teamwork. There are good company benefits, location, and opportunity to grow your career. I can find work-life balance here.

      The culture here is so toxic that it makes the military look like a vacation. At least in the military, there’s structure and a sense of purpose. Here? It’s pure chaos. Leadership operates with a ‘do as I say, not as I do’ mentality, micromanaging every aspect of your work while offering zero support. You’ll constantly be forced to take on responsibilities far beyond your job description, with no additional compensation or recognition. The turnover rate is through the roof for a reason—nobody with self-respect sticks around for long. If you value your sanity, run
