      Pros

      Fast paced and flexible. Sensient is in a very competitive industry. We work with worldclass customers that have high expectations and demands. Sensients major competitors are very capable and compete for every piece of business. To succeed at Sensient you have to have great capabilities, and are willing to learn and adapt. It's a place for winners.

      Cons

      There can be pressure to deliver. However the satisfaction of competing and winning make up for this. The company is undergoing rapid change and this does cause tensions. Some colleagues are better able to cope than others.

      Pros

      Salary and Benefits That is the only thing good about this place.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Management doesn't care if you have a life outside of the job. Rule by fear - everyone is afraid of losing their jobs or getting written up for making a mistake. GMs exert way too much pressure on their employees. Management does not listen to what their employees are telling them about what needs to be fixed. Horrible systems. No solid processes in place.

      Pros

      Sensient offers a very comprehensive, competitve compensation and benefit package. The opportunity for recognition and growth is great. The environment can be very fast paced and stressful, but very rewarding.

      Cons

      The work environment can be very stressful at times. There can be long hours involved. Also, the dress code would be a con since it is formal business attire 5 days a week.
