Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Great manager and co-workers, Cross functional teams willing to work together. Challenging work which I like as it keeps me motivated and wanting to do better for the organization. Snacks in the breakrooms which are free to the employees.

Cons

Business professional attire. You get use to it but it would be nice to have business casual attire which is more comfortable when working in the office for 8+ hours a day. No hybrid schedule which would again be nice however working in the office does offer a great opportunity to collaborate and build relationships in the workplace.

People are generous with their time and expertise as you get up to speed. Onboarding plans are robust - not just lip service Relatable and welcoming leadership and workforce Fascinating business I’m not bombarded with emails on weekends or vacation ! Ethical culture - unprofessional behavior is not tolerated.

Cons

No downside yet. Don’t let the dress code put you off - there is nothing stuffy about this culture!
