Pros
My manager was absolutely knowledgeable, most professional & organized person. Great training/instruction from him. Many great people with great big-picture mentality. However, these people were not supported appropriately due to upper managers avoiding "stepping on toes". Work given was manageable. Benefit was good.
Cons
Pay was a lot lower compares to industry. Most people have been there too long and were out of touch with current technology. More time was spent whining about how they were so overwhelmed. Upper management did not do much to change the process. They were too happy with a slight increase in performance as a result of pushing employees to work longer days. Interview process was long and hard, which yielded high hope for a well-organized company. However, reality was messy. Culture lacked morale.
