      There's some training if you care for your development Some good people and leaders, although isolated food and snacks

      Cons

      It's all about pretty numbers and words. We pass audits but audits don't really check real and typical places. No action, no plan, no transparency No annual employee survey or feedback. Poor morale, mafia, revolving door. Corporate office is very nice but plant breakrooms, bathrooms, machines, furniture are falling apart

      Pros

      Working here has been one of my favorite professional experiences. The benefits are excellent. They give generous PTO, great health coverage, and my managers are understanding of the work-life balance. What stands out most, though, is how much Sensient values your individual career path. I've felt supported to grow, learn, and pursue opportunities that align with my goals and the goals set by my manager. Leadership genuinely takes the time to understand where you want to go and helps you get there. The people are also wonderful, professional, and friendly. From the day I started, I felt respected and comfortable to ask questions. I've visited some of our other locations and you can tell that people have a sense of value. Each person, regardless of their position, knows that they are an important piece of this company. There are also lots of committed people who have worked here for 10+, 20+, and even 30+ years.

      Cons

      Overall, I have really loved it here, so I am just being picky with this one. At times, it can be unclear who to go to for specific questions or where to find the right resources. While everyone is generally helpful, have a more defined system or point-of-contact structure would make it easier to navigate the learning process and get timely answers (especially for customers).
