      Depending of your Business Activity, benefits could be good. But compared to competitors in the same activity, what you get as an employee is very average.

      Cons

      No working from home ! Seems Executive Management has some trust issues in letting local management handle this. And as a result, micro management is the rule in the subsidiaries. This is ok when the GM is a true leader, this is not when GM is just cascading the Group rules without foresight ...
