      Good work/life balance, fair compensation. Management is open to any ideas you have for the company and actively try and improve your work environment. Very understanding of life circumstances and work with you to ensure you don't fall behind. There are also lots of opportunities at varying locations if you wish to move/change up your position.

      Working weekends, which is a necessity in a lab position like this.
