      You will be rewarded for taking responsibility and making things happen. People are competent and good to work with overall. Compensation is above average to good.

      Cons

      The atmosphere comes across as autocratic at times even though it really isn't that way. Collaboration, however, is difficult when some feel like there is a strict hierarchy of who can talk.
