Excellent people, Great opportunities, remote work, will have work for years to come. The company does care about their people, and the senior management reflects a commitment to that philosophy. However, due to the nature of the work it is difficult to actually show that commitment all the time.
Cons
Growth is affecting work (too much growth and not enough work to go around), unless you work at either Huntsville or Charleston, you get forgotten about and have less opportunities. Jobs are still advertised that are no longer available.
Overall a very good place to work for. Management does legitimately care about employees, and everyone is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. Benefits are additionally some of the best I've had out of any career.
Cons
Nothing really that I can think of. Scheduling is a bit demanding, but that is more due to contract reasons.
