      Pros

      Great culture that starts with leadership and flows down. Opportunity for growth. Coverage for gaps in contracts. Remote flexibility for some positions. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some positions are on site with the customer and have non-Sentar functional managers.

      Pros

      you will have the opportunity to work with good people. Sometimes it’s interesting work. Can do very little work and stay employed.

      Cons

      A change of leadership in the last year, which explains why the grades on this site have dropped. Lots of new policies that are terrible for employees. The company is getting cheaper. Lack of awareness that there is a problem and a lack of desire to ask the rank and file if there is a problem. Many "yes" men have been promoted to positions of power and influence. Sentar has evolved into a culture of fear and do as I say no questions asked. It's not a good place to work anymore, and that is sad.

      Occasionally interesting work. Not much else.

      Cons

      They do not like to promote. Sentar has a real problem with favoritism and discrimination.
