There are no Pros to report for Sentar.

Cons

When I left Sentar, they added $60,000 to my wages on my W-2. This forced my federal taxes to go up by tens of thousands of dollars, on money I did not make, and is not reflected on my last paystub. I attempted to have them fix it, but they refused.

Initial offer was good. Company events and lunches

Cons

Investment into successful team members was minimal. Poor level of benefits and little effort to improve or give decent annual merit increases. Management was subpar, aloof and often combative when concerns were mentioned. HR did not do much about manager concerns either.
