      Pros

      Senior leadership and HR reviews our benefits every year to ensure they stay as competitive as possible. I'm very impressed with our health insurance, 401k match, and additional benefits like tuition reimbursement, professional growth benefits, PTO and now long term care.

      Initial offer was good. Company events and lunches

      Cons

      Investment into successful team members was minimal. Poor level of benefits and little effort to improve or give decent annual merit increases. Management was subpar, aloof and often combative when concerns were mentioned. HR did not do much about manager concerns either.
