      The people on the teams are what keep you coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Management really sucks at times. They don't have very good training resources. You train for about a week before you are left to figure it out. You basically learn when QA reviews your work. T

      Pros

      My coworkers were AMAZING! They were the best part of working there.

      Cons

      It is a game of politics. The sorely lack decent training materials and a clear procedure manual. You basically learn from your coworkers. Problem is if they train you wrong, you don't even know until you're dinged for it. Your holidays are NOT paid for. If you want to get paid for any holiday, you must use your PTO or sick time. They are NOT paid holidays.
