      Pros

      I enjoyed helping patients and their families. Sentara is far in my pass but I still enjoy bumping into my old patients around town.

      Cons

      Low pay, micro-management, hostile work environment. It would actually be a great place if they hired departmental managers who actually cared about the organization’s core principles and mission. I was yelled at by a manager for spending too much time helping a patient complete registration forms. The patient was not able to read nor write, I refused to humiliate him in front of a room full of people so I helped him with the paper work.
