Pros

Great experience for surgeries, you can probably work anywhere after this. You'll make money.

Cons

Surgeons are rude and are not really repremanded after incidents. Things are brushed under the rug as the "or culture". People are cold. Level 1 trauma center in the areas with out the level 1 pay! Heart hospital gets more money because they are level one , we do not. Demanding work schedule. Sentara basically had a monopoly on healthcare going on. Only thing left to do is travel nurse! Someone there less than two years will probably train you at some point.
