There isn't a lot of room for growth, the management is incompetent, the pay is substantially lower than the national market rate, employee moral is very low, there are a lot cliques, the culture sucks, and employees do not have a voice. I spoke up about a patient privacy issue and was black balled by management. When I applied for a transfer my manager blocked the transfer on two occasions and basically made my life a living hell. I quit before finding another job.
