Pros
The benefits are fantastic. Excellent vacation and bonus programs. Senior leadership is very approachable. Innovation and hard work are recognized throughout the organization. Sentara has never laid off employees due to economic changes.
Cons
Depending on the department, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited. When things don't go right, senior leadership tends to react in a manner that doesn't efficiently address the problems, opting instead on having unproductive meetings and conference calls.
