      - Help learning for first time MAs - Good reputation and professionalism - Opportunities to advance or move to different locations

      Cons

      - No breaks - Low pay $17 per hour - High expectations - Only one color of scrubs - Takes a long time for people to get fired or reprimanded if they’re not doing their job.
