      Good, entry-level job to get your foot in the door with Sentara and maybe(MAYBE) move up or transfer to another department/location. If you are unemployed and aren't getting a call back from ANYONE ELSE. If you're bored and want to do a menial job and not worried about money. Maybe the benefits?

      Consistently understaffed. (who isn't post-2020) Pay is pretty weak from facilities to clinicians.(It's Sentara, duh) management enables laziness accepts laziness immoral no accountability
