The Wellness Center is FULL of drama. During the pandemic the center was shut down and employees were "given the option" to work at the hospital screening potential COVID patients and working in a very high risk environment with little to no necessary equipment. While they worded this work as an "opportunity" it quickly turned into a requirement. If you were an employee unwilling to work for the lowered wages and increased risk you were bumped from part-time to "flexi" meaning they never had to work you again. This caused many employees to quit. Favorites are chosen by management at the center and if you are not a favorite then do not talk to anyone. Everyone is a snake in the grass attempting to work their way up the ladder.

There are a lot of lazy people that are super popular and get away with being just plain lazy
