Stipulations to benefits- you have to use PTO for weather closings or low census which is out of your control, you can’t use sick pay until you have a certain amount accrued Unrealistic expectations- increasing case load is being addressed by decreased treatment time rather than hiring people to help, 100% productivity standards for rehab professionals who have other responsibilities than patient care such as follow up calls to address drop offs, documentation, and facility upkeep results in unpaid or way extended work hours causing poor work/personal life balance and burnout False advertising at interviews- was told that productivity shouldn’t be worried about for someone in my position, but it’s how my performance is reviewed and is mentioned many times during the work day
