      - Not hard work - pretty easy environment - Not hard interviews

      Cons

      - pay is very low and if you do get in and try to move to another job internally you will be lucky to get 3K if you are moving up. - Most people are coasting here not a lot of people want to pick up additional work to stand out or try to assist others.

      My immediate supervisors are incredible and i love the team. The overall strategy is excellent.

      I think there are a lot of good ideas / initiatives that have been generated, yet the decision making process on which initiatives are best needs work.
