      Fair pay, decent benefits, I worked with many very competent nurses.

      As in most healthcare companies short staffing is a problem, not always handled well by management

      Pros

      The interview went really well. There were two interviewers. The interview questions asked were mostly scripted but we were able to carryon a discussion.

      Cons

      No cons only one interview so far. I look forward to hearing from the company to be moved to the next interview step.

      Pros

      Salary was adequate., but you earn every penny of that salary. Large organization, but somewhat limited in advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Arbitrary application of standards and expectations. Limited advancement opportunities. Expectation that you have accountability, but the reality is you have micro-managers who themselves need oversight.
