Decent benefits. Some good perqs.
Cons
This company increasingly has a monopoly in the region and is starting to get a bit of a "bully" attitude. Mgmt also spends too little time on the front lines and seem a bit clueless on what front line folks really need. It is becoming more of a corporate mentality at the upper levels which may or may not be a great idea where care of human beings are concerned.. There is a lot of touchy-feely "talk" that the "walk" does not necessarily match.
