Pros
AM work schedule is great, management was sensitive to employees concerns and experienced coworkers with years of experience are helpful and knowledgeable. Daily team meeting before every shift to get everyone on the same page for the days productivity.
Cons
more training is needed for incoming employees and cctv cameras would be helpful to prevent product loss. need more working and better maintained materials handling equipment would be nice.
