Pros
Co-workers are great and very supportive. Workload is easy in my department. (only at sister sites not main site SNGH). Benefits Package. Opportunities to further your education and transfer to other departments. Job Security (set policies to avoid layoffs).
Cons
Rotating schedule (hard to balance work/family). Management favoritism (promotion time most qualified candidate loses to slacker that befriends supervisors.)
