      Pros

      Loyal, motivated employees. Leadership willing to listen to employees and are visible and not intimidating. Staff is fairly good with change and many initiate it for better patient care and increased employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Some strong personalities that were reluctant to accept a newcomer in a supervisory position. Amazing clinical support staff! Most MDs approachable and respected my skill set and level of expertise.

      Pros

      They have a great human resources department, they pay fairly, have great benefits and retirement. They really are safety and patient oriented which is refreshing to see in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      They are very centralized and unlike being a part of a small business, employees with good ideas and innovative thoughts may not have the ability to be heard effectively due to the restrictive roles of the supervisors.

      Pros

      Salary was comparable. Benefits were good. Lots of vacation time. Great experience. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      My manager was great, but upper management only cared about what was going to benefit them even if they have to lie, deceive and cheat you.
