Pros
Level 1 Trauma and teaching hospital. You will learn a LOT. If you can handle the high-stress, short-staffed, non-stop trashfire atmosphere. I gave it 3 stars because of the people who work there. 4 stars for benefits.
Cons
1-2 stars for pay. <3% raise with inflation at <8%. Travelers coming in at $72/hr + $5000 bonus. Highest acuity in the area with no incentive/differential to compensate for the increased stress, work, or complexity of patients.
