      The patients you work with are nicer than the management

      I worked at Ghent Therapy Center on Granby Street and it was the most horrible experience on a job I have ever had. Management was nasty and didn't know how to manage. If they did they would've realized that the seasoned employees were more concerned with telephone conversations, getting in late, and the social setting instead of working. As a new employee I experienced the worst two-faced, back- biting, knife-in-the-back people I have ever encountered. Not only were they not encouraging, they snitched relentlessly on you for no good reason, everything I did was scrutinized and criticized. When I made mistakes I was constantly told I was going to get fired which didn't do well for the stress level already experienced.

      Pros

      Loved the co workers and direct managers. Small group of staff who cares for their patients and community

      Cons

      Upper management not the best. Pay on lower end. With being an urgent care you don't always know what time you will finish your work day.
