      -Some doctors are great and skilled - Some people (nurses and techs) take good care of patients

      Cons

      - most people see patients as numbers - they break many sterility rules - most O.R nurses ( I can only speak on what I know) are mean. I’ve witnessed them make fun of patients at their most vulnerable. - Racism and sexism is heavy here.
