      Pros

      Hospital staff is generally friendly. Doctors and nursing staff typically work well with Respiratory team. Scheduling is flexible.

      Cons

      Favoritism can rear its ugly head and if you are on the other side of it, it’s very uncomfortable. Aged building, not always having adequate supplies or not having access to new innovative equipment. Inconsistent communication regarding procedures. Punitive environment rather than truly coaching and developing.

      There are no pros for with this company.

      Cons

      I started out as a contractor. I was flexible with taking on projects as needed. Everything was good for about 6 months . The department grew. There were many inconsistencies with how the work was organized and expectation. I was working 80 hours a week and was told I wasn't doing enough.
