- easy pipeline of communication/lots of room to grow as a developer - youth focused and accepting of young developer culture - lots of opportunities to experience the company

Cons

- if any, it would be that they were not clear on some tasks and when switching teams you are not given a lot of responsibility right away. Which is to be expected

We want to ensure all our associates feel empowered, regardless of their location. That’s why we offer certain benefits to associates outside the Stevens Point area.
