Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry you didn’t have a more positive experience while working with us. At Sentry, we strive to provide a culture for our associates that is truly best-in-class. And we work hard to empower our associates to develop their careers. In fact, we’ve recently made professional development enhancements like refocusing annual reviews toward goal-setting and providing new professional development curriculum to our associates. Our efforts for our associates won’t stop here. We’re on a continual journey of listening and looking for ways to enhance our associates’ experience and ensure they’re in a healthy, inspirational environment and rewarded appropriately. Pros

- easy pipeline of communication/lots of room to grow as a developer - youth focused and accepting of young developer culture - lots of opportunities to experience the company

Cons

- if any, it would be that they were not clear on some tasks and when switching teams you are not given a lot of responsibility right away. Which is to be expected

I’m pleased you enjoyed the training we provided and felt there was room for advancement. Many of our claims associates work from home or in other offices around the country. We want to ensure all our associates feel empowered, regardless of their location. That’s why we offer certain benefits to associates outside the Stevens Point area. Leadership who work out of headquarters also make routine visits to field offices. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
