I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you expected. We encourage all associates to share feedback and opportunities for improvement with their managers. I’m not certain if you meant outdated office space when you mentioned an outdated work environment, but we did do a major renovation to many of the IT work spaces in our home office a few years ago. Thank you for sharing a review. Jim Frank – Chief Information Officer

Thanks for taking the time to share a review with us. We strive to create an environment where all associates feel they have the opportunity to grow and advance their careers, so I’m happy to know you agree. I encourage you to share your thoughts about communication with your manager or connect directly with me. Communication barriers can be a challenge at large organizations, so it’s helpful for management to know where associates like you view them. That feedback helps us come up with solutions to improve communication for everyone. Elisha Robinson – Chief Customer Service Operations Officer

Pros

Great benefits for Health and 401K and depending on your department there are some great managers. Work/Life balance is good for the most part, the company is trying to be more flexible so time will only tell.

Cons

Very conservative take on working and pays executives quick a bit more than the rest of the company. Usually only around a 3% raise for employees which in todays market is not that great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It’s great to hear you’re happy with your benefits and work/life balance—those things are very important to us and we know they’re important to associates, too. We also aim to offer competitive salaries. Our pay grades are based on multiple market research surveys—both location- and industry-specific. Annual raises are based on many factors, including personal performance, company performance, and market research, so the amount can vary from year to year. If you have any questions about your compensation or our pay structure as a whole, please reach out to your manager. Thanks again for sharing a review.
