Thank you for your review. I’m glad you’re satisfied with our compensation structure and benefits program—we’re dedicated to helping our associates find value in working with us, and we know how important compensation and benefits are. Regarding your concerns over workload within your department, I encourage you to meet with your supervisor if you’re feeling overwhelmed. We’re constantly evaluating workload throughout the Claims team, and your feedback can go a long way toward helping us improve. The same holds true if you notice something affecting team harmony. I appreciate your hard work and your willingness to share your thoughts on how we can make Sentry an even better place to work. Michele Dufresne – VP Chief Claims Officer
