Pros

Excellent 401K plan. Company car provided. Decent earnings if you are hired to sell and service in an already established territory. Strong claims department and reputation.

Cons

Product restrictions and rules in specific target market make it difficult to grow the business. Over-emphasis on profits limits growth and account retention. Not very flexible underwriting. Certain geographic markets are more competitive than others. Cumbersome quoting process.

Supervisors were always helpful and kind to the staff.

Some co-workers seem to talk more than work, but that's how you build relationships within the company.
