Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Sentry. It’s rewarding to see how the values we strive for make a positive impact on our associates’ quality of life! As you note, we work in an industry that is highly regulated. But we also believe in empowering our associates and look to strike the right balance in our company culture. Mostly fine, until today.

Pros

As before, coworkers are great. There were some decent attempts at modernization as well. I also hear the home office cafeteria is delightful.

Cons

You all fired me a week before Christmas, also knowing I had a newborn after all this talk of getting morale improved after a ton of turnover during the last few years. It's an especially cute touch to refuse to provide the reason for termination beyond vague, essentially meaningless phrases and then rather than answer questions, just read a script. Rather insulting really. No respect for a longer term employee, no warning. Well done guys.
