Pros

Great benefits, 401K is unmatched within the industry. Great work life balance. Lots of opportunities. Good management. Good career development.

Cons

While Sentry continues to profit during COVID, they've put all jobs on hold. Lots of jobs that were posted prior to COVID were just cancelled. Lots of employees looking to move within the company, but all positions were put on hold while other companies continue to hire.
