Pros

Great organization that is both financially & operationally sound. The diversification of products and specialties allows Sentry to adjust to ongoing market changes without drastic changes to our operation. Unlimited earnings in sales is amazing and the benefits are second to none in the industry. Top leadership is made up of impressive individuals.

Cons

The gap between home office/support & the field is a challenge at all national insurers and Sentry is no different. More marketing that aligns with the sales tasks (industry specific) would be helpful for all products given aggressive growth goals. Front line management doesn’t seem to be on same page as top level leadership which creates concern.
