Sounds enticing. Unique logo. Company car. Work from home.great 6 week severance package when they terminate your position.

Cons

Uncompetitive in modern day. They will expect you to sell a policy when it is coming in 1.5 to 2 times higher that competitor. Very high turnover, will higher a dozen new people in January, and lay them all off in August. Managers who will critique the face color of your watch if it doesn't match your tie. Insist they give you leads for sales, when reality is you are banging on business doors 8 hrs per day, and chased out of 95 percent of them. Bpm will abuse you, physically and mentally. And remimd you that your fate is in his hands.

Friendly, helpful environment. Large stable company with many employees nationwide.

Cons

Not enough freedom for associates to handle/resolve liability on claims that other many other insurance companies allow you to handle as a claims representative.
