You are given the opportunity to learn and grow. The salary is excellent for the area. The management staff is knowledgeable and listen.

Cons

At times the volume outways the staffing. It is hard to get all your vacation time due to staffing and available.

Decent benefits/ 401k match / PTO earned starting day one./ Co-workers are friendly and willing to help out.

Cons

Work load is heavy and you will need to work more than 40 hours a week every week to keep up.
