Pros

Variety of responsibilities keeps it interesting. With the former Director and Associate Director, this was a great, fun place to work.

Cons

A lot of hard work for naught. This went from an interesting job to a 'claims processor' job where we were just cutting checks regardless of whether the claims were fraudulent or not. A lot of wasted time and expenses because the new upper management was afraid of their own shadow.

Pros

You are in charge of your fate. If you work hard and manage your desk well, it is a great opportunity. Management is flexible with schedules, and the are big supporters of positive attitudes.

Cons

It can be easy to get caught up in drama and office gossip, which looks very bad to management.

Pros

Laid back company, you can wear jeans. Not micromanaged

Cons

Workload is never balanced. Too many meetings. Not enough recognition for good employees and no action taken against employees that aren't fulfilling job requirements.
