Challenging to say the least.

Decent pay and benefits. Friendly work environment.

Cons

Very little training on work load management. Work load itself unrealistic for 1 person, is the established culture set by management which is not changing no matter what the turnover. Very little job satisfaction due to the impossible case load. Little room for advancement without a degree.

Regarding your comments on workload, I understand that workloads can vary at times. As part of our management team, you help monitor and distribute that changing workload. I worked for Sentry in the claims department for over 13 years. Absolutely love this company. I would still be employed there if I didn't move out of town.

Cons

I had to leave because they didn't offer work from home options at that time.
