Pros

A family atmosphere with genuine team drive and spirit. Many long term employees with advancement opportunities. Hard work is recognized and home office is providing the necessary staff for our growth.

Cons

Health benefits could be better, lower deductibles and more options in our benefits package. Each office should have some local perks / discounts available to them just like home office.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re pleased to hear you enjoy working with your co-workers and find the culture rewarding. We put a high priority on attracting, hiring, and retaining great people, and developing an environment in which talented people can thrive. That’s probably why, despite how much work there is to get done, we all seem to find a way to be productive while maintaining healthy work/life flexibility. Please share your concerns about any exceptional workload issues with your manager. They might also be able to help you with selecting an alternate health insurance plan during our upcoming open enrollment period. We’ll be debuting some enhancements to improve the offerings available. We provide a very competitive and broad spectrum benefit package including health insurance. Thanks again for your comments.
