If you like a different schedule every day this is the place to be.

Cons

Too nit picky, techs expected to be robotic, facts of losses are expected to be described exactly the way someone in upper managment has determined instead of how it's described to the tech that is actually setting up the fnol.

Lots of potential to increase income. Full benefits as a sales employee. Company car - 6% 401K match at 100% vesting off the bat. Bonus potential is great.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive and comes with a $2,500 deductible and then 80/20.

They provide you with the tools you need to be successful. They also provide you with a company car and all your home office equipment and supplies. They do not micro manage, which is why I enjoy working for Sentry.

Cons

Working virtually can sometimes be very challenging. They are working on more team connections. You have to be self motivated.
